I understand that Loyal Technologies will provide me software from Landvoice to download expired property listings from my MLS, and run them through reverse lookup databases to obtain the owner's contact info.  I understand that use of this system is at my discretion, and I am solely responsible for my actions, the results and the consequences of the services I render. I will not hold Loyal Technologies, its officers and/or employees liable for any activity in connection with my use of this system.  I understand that Loyal Technologies cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by this system.  I understand that if I wish to terminate my subscription, I must do so in writing within by sending an email to: customerservice@fsbocloser.com, or in writing to: Loyal Technologies LLC, 1780 West 9000 South, Ste.
